Open Access Policy

The magazine provides immediate, open access to all its content in accordance with the principle that freely accessible research increases and accelerates the global development of science and the exchange of knowledge. The editors encourage authors to place articles published in the journal (the publisher's definitive version) in open repositories with a link to the page on which it appeared in the journal and the article's DOI number.

Access online

The content published in the journal “Studies in Public Law” (“Studia Prawa Publicznego”) is available online on this website, in the Repository of Adam Mickiewicz University (AMUR), Academic Journal Digital Platform PressTo and from the database of the Central European Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (CEJSH).

SPP

Information on scientific papers, including information on peer-reviewed commentaries and case reports (metadata) is available directly on the journal website in tabs dedicated to each peer-reviewed paper. In addition to metadata, each tab contains a link to the full text of the article, commentary, or case report, and, in the case of scientific articles, the is also a separate link to a summary in English or Polish.

Access to a tab containing information on a particular paper and links to PDF files may be obtained by clicking on the title of the article, commentary, or case report, which is inserted in the table of contents for the issue of their publication.
